Huynh Minh Sieng

His real name was Luu Huu Phuoc (1921-1989)
He was the former minister of culture and information in the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Viet Nam, and director of the Music Institute. His most well-known songs include Bach Dang Giang (Bach Dang River), Len Dang (Departure), Ca Ngoi Ho Chu Tich (Hail to President Ho), and Giai Phong Mien Nam (Liberate the South).
